☕︎ General
- Character Reference sheet is REQUIRED in any commission taking from me. Please refrain from sharing or using my artwork for AI experiments/websites and/or NFTs.- I have the right to share samples of my work, both finished and unfinished, on any social media platform, but if you want me to not share your commission in public feel free to ask me to insure your privacy.- If your commission request is accepted, you will have 7 days to pay for it. If it exceeds the passing due, I may have to deny the request and notify you if you wish to reapply. Regardless of whether I'm uncomfortable, overbooked, or unable to accept any more clients, I have the right to reject your commission.☕︎ Payment
- Half or Full payment is required, therefore please pay before I begin working on your commission.
- For half payment, you must pay 50% before I begin, and then the other half after I complete the artwork.☕︎ Usage of my work
✔ Share my artwork with credit in Social Media
✔ May use for their own purposes as long as you've given me credit✘ Sharing or using my artwork for any NFT and AI works is a BIG NO NO
✘ Using my artworks for commercial profit (Unless you paid for commercial/monitized fees which this only affects in vgen)
✘ No tracing and recoloring my artworks
✘ Not crediting
✘ Remove any watermarks, claim, trace or modify any of my artwork☕︎ Intellectual Property Rights
- I claim the rights to the commissioned work. However, I make no claim to the characters or any other intellectual property used in the illustration.☕︎ Revisions
- Revisions will only be done at the "Sketch" portion of the drawing.
- Please reach out to me for any changes before I get to the "Coloring and Lining" portion of the drawing for less complications.☕︎ Communication
